With decades of entrepreneurial experience and a creative edge, Saamia has successfully delivered high-impact events both in Pakistan and the United Kingdom, earning a reputation for innovation, precision, and excellence.
Her core strengths include vendor and artist coordination, budgeting and logistics management, theme-based décor design, and client relationship building. Khadija Ali
Khadija Ali will be working as the Assistant Operations at Prestige Planners, Karachi, where she will play an integral role in ensuring the smooth coordination and execution of corporate, social, and destination events. Her primary responsibilities include assisting the operations team in event planning, logistics management, and on-site supervision to ensure every event meets the company’s high standards of quality and professionalism.
Khadija will support in preparing event plans, timelines, and checklists, while coordinating with vendors and suppliers for décor, catering, transport, and technical arrangements. She will also oversee event setups, manage supplies and inventories, and maintain operational budgets. During event days, she will assist in guest coordination, vendor communication, and real-time problem-solving to guarantee flawless execution.
Fatima Amir
Fatima Amir will serve as the Project Manager at Prestige Planners, responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and successful execution of events and related projects. Her role involves managing the complete project lifecycle—from initial concept and client briefing to final delivery—ensuring that every event aligns with company standards and exceeds client expectations. She will develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, while coordinating with clients to understand their objectives and requirements.
Fatima will lead internal teams, delegate tasks efficiently, and manage vendor relationships to ensure smooth operations throughout all phases of event execution. She will also be responsible for monitoring progress, addressing challenges proactively, and ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Additionally, Fatima will conduct post-event evaluations to measure success and identify areas for improvement. Her position requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, along with the ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a dynamic environment. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, she will play a key role in upholding Prestige Planners’ reputation for excellence, creativity, and professionalism in event management.
